HOW TO ENROL

Fill out the student enrolment form and return it to the Haut Lac International Centre
Haut Lac will then confirm if your dates are available and the cost of the programme including any optional extras you have booked
Once you receive this notice you  must pay the programme fees to fully confirm your place on the programme
Once Haut Lac receives your fees your place will be confirmed. Please note that bookings cannot be guaranteed until Haut Lac receives the payment
Once your booking is confirmed please fill out any extra information i.e. arrival and departure information, medical information etc and sign and return the Code of Conduct Form.

Transfers:
Haut Lac offers an escorted transfer service from the following airports and train stations
Geneva airport – 100chf one way & 200chf return per person
Zurich airport – 125chf one way & 250chf return per person
Fribourg station – 40chf one way & 80chf return per person
Montreux station – 50chf one way & 80chf return per person
Zurich City (group transfer) – 50chf one way & 100chf return per person

Cancellation Insurance:
Any cancellation must be addressed to the Haut-Lac International Centre by registered letter or by fax and registered letter if it is a last minute cancellation. Concerning payment after cancellation we pursue the following procedure:
Up to 4 weeks before, the sum due is 30%
Within 4 weeks of arrival, the sum due is 100%.
Haut Lac offers cancellation insurance for 50chf for a programme per week .

Medical Insurance:
Medical insurance to cover accidents and illness is required by all students participating in Haut Lac programmes. Parents need to ensure that they have a policy that covers their child in Switzerland. Haut Lac can arrange this service for students with CareMed International Travel Insurance for a price of 50chf per week. Under this coverage all accident and illness related costs will be covered 100% provided that the accident is a new injury and the illness was not present before the start of the programme.Complete details of these policies are available from our office.
Extra Night:
Students arriving a day earlier or leaving a day later than normal programme dates may do so by prior arrangement only and will be charged a supplement of 200chf per extra night.
